FAQS

We don't do cookie-cutter click-throughs. Our eLearning is alive – built with story-led scenarios, polished visuals, and interactive challenges that make people think. More importantly, it gives learners the insights, skills, and tools to actually change behaviour, not just finish a module and forget it.

Yes. We work in partnership with First Nations educators, organisations and community members to co-design learning that's grounded, relevant and respectful. We focus on early engagement and clear shared intent, community-led content direction, storytelling and yarning drawing on the 8 Aboriginal Ways of Learning framework, and cultural protocols around voice, knowledge and ownership.

We don't assume. We ask, we listen, and we design with cultural advisors and community partners. Visuals, language, examples and tone are shaped to reflect culture and context. We ensure visual and design fit for purpose and audience, a respectful strengths-based tone throughout, scenario-based learning that reflects lived experience, and review and feedback loops with cultural stakeholders.

We've partnered on learning across education, health, research, community services and cultural engagement—with each project built through collaboration and care. Projects include delivering an Acknowledgement of Country with purpose and confidence, culturally responsive teaching and research ethics, loss and grief awareness for educators, health programs including smoking cessation, and accredited training across environment, community and care sectors.

Yes. We tailor the approach to suit the audience and context. That means designing programs that reflect the 8 Aboriginal Ways of Learning framework and are flexible enough to suit different delivery settings – on Country, in community, or online. We focus on learning strategies that support reflection, discussion and storytelling, visual interactive formats over dense text-heavy content, and design elements that respect cultural identity and community context.

Yes. We've worked with Aboriginal-led organisations and partners to design accredited and non-accredited programs aligned with training package units or community-driven learning goals. We offer learning strategy and architecture support, unit mapping and assessment development, templates, facilitator resources and handover documents, and editable files and training for your team.

We bring deep experience in learning design and a genuine commitment to respectful, culturally grounded work. We collaborate with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander educators, leaders and organisations – early, often and with intent. Our programs are built to shift mindset, build skills and support behaviour change. We design with real-world use in mind – tools, scenarios and activities that help people apply what they've learned.

Yes. We'll hand over editable files and train your team to update content, facilitate delivery, and maintain quality over time. We include editable source files in your chosen authoring tool, style guides and version control, training on editing, facilitation or LMS management, and ongoing support if needed.
