During the Analyse phase of the ADDIE Model, we'll run a discovery workshop to identify your key learner groups, map their KASH (Knowledge, Attitudes, Skills, Habits), and figure out how they learn best. From there, we'll design content that's tailored to each group, whether that's execs, managers, operations or frontline teams.

We choose the delivery methods that are right for the audiences and their needs. This may include eLearning, workshops, toolkits, team huddles, virtual training, SharePoint libraries, job aids and comms. We use eLearning authoring tools like Rise 360, Storyline 360 and Chameleon Creator.
